# HTTPS не появился сразу

Сайт открывается только по HTTP, браузер показывает ошибку сертификата или HTTPS начинает работать не сразу после установки.

### Симптомы

* браузер показывает предупреждение о сертификате;
* `https://` не открывается;
* `http://` открывается, а HTTPS нет;
* Telegram Mini App не запускается из-за проблем с безопасным соединением.

### Вероятные причины

* домен еще не направлен на сервер;
* порты `80` или `443` закрыты;
* Caddy не смог выпустить сертификат;
* Let's Encrypt временно отклонил запрос;
* DNS недавно изменился и еще не обновился.

### Что проверить

```bash
sudo /opt/bloggers_platform/manager.sh logs
```

Проверьте доступность портов снаружи через панель хостинга или внешний port checker.

### Как исправить

1. Убедитесь, что домен указывает на сервер.
2. Проверьте, что открыты порты `80` и `443`.
3. Обновите конфигурацию edge:

```bash
sudo /opt/bloggers_platform/manager.sh refresh
```

4. Посмотрите логи Caddy:

```bash
sudo /opt/bloggers_platform/manager.sh logs
```

{% hint style="warning" %}
Telegram Mini App требует HTTPS. Пока сертификат не выпущен, каталог может открываться в браузере нестабильно, а в Telegram не открываться вообще.
{% endhint %}

### Когда обращаться в поддержку

Если Caddy в логах явно пишет об ошибке выпуска сертификата, сохраните текст ошибки. По нему обычно видно, проблема в DNS, firewall или лимитах центра сертификации.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://vitrina-blogerov.gitbook.io/bloggers-showcase/vozmozhnye-oshibki/https-ne-poyavilsya-srazu.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
