# Фото, логотип или видео не отображаются

Карточка блогера отображается без изображения, логотип не меняется или видеофон не загружается.

### Симптомы

* карточка блогера без фото;
* логотип не обновился после загрузки;
* видеофон не играет;
* фон или логотип видны в админке, но не видны на витрине;
* после переноса контента исчезли изображения.

### Вероятные причины

* файл загружен в неподходящем формате;
* файл слишком большой;
* ссылка в базе указывает на несуществующий файл;
* assets были удалены вручную;
* перенос базы выполнен без переноса связанных файлов;
* браузер показывает старую версию из кэша.

### Разрешенные форматы

| Логотип              | `.png`, `.jpg`, `.jpeg`, `.webp`, `.svg` |
| Изображения карточек | `.png`, `.jpg`, `.jpeg`, `.webp`         |

### Что проверить

Проверьте, что файл загружен через админ-панель, а не вручную в случайную папку.

Проверьте логи backend:

sudo /opt/bloggers_platform/apps/ru/manager.sh logs backend
```

### Как исправить

1. Загрузите файл повторно через админ-панель.
2. Используйте поддерживаемый формат.
3. После замены фона или логотипа обновите страницу без кэша.
4. Если контент переносился между языками, убедитесь, что переносились не только данные базы, но и связанные assets.

Медиа лучше всегда загружать через админ-панель. Тогда файлы корректно попадают в структуру проекта, резервные копии и перенос контента.

### Когда обращаться в поддержку

Если файл загружается без ошибки, но не появляется на витрине, нужны URL файла, язык версии и последние логи backend.
