# The archive is unavailable or the installation token is not valid

The installer stopped while checking the installation token or could not download the archive for the selected language version.

{% hint style="danger" %}
The installation token protects the project's distribution. It must not be published or shared with third parties.
{% endhint %}

### Symptoms

* the installer reports that the token is invalid;
* the selected language version is unavailable;
* the archive is not downloading;
* an error appears connecting to the delivery server;
* installation ends before the project is downloaded.

### Possible causes

* the token was entered incorrectly;
* there is an extra space at the beginning or end of the token;
* the token has expired;
* the token does not open the selected language version;
* the server does not have internet access;
* the server cannot open `https://deliveri.solodolik.com`.

### What to check

Check the internet from the server:

```bash
curl -I https://deliveri.solodolik.com/install.sh
```

Check the installation log:

```bash
cat /tmp/bloggers_bot_install.log
```

### How to fix it

1. Re-enter the token without spaces.
2. Make sure the correct language version is selected.
3. Check that the server has internet access.
4. If the token was issued a long time ago, request an up-to-date token from the provider.

{% hint style="info" %}
If the delivery server opens but the token is not accepted, the problem is almost always with the token itself or the language versions available to it.
{% endhint %}

### When to contact support

If the token is definitely copied correctly, but the installation still does not go through, send the provider a fragment `/tmp/bloggers_bot_install.log` without secrets.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://vitrina-blogerov.gitbook.io/bloggers-showcase/product-docs/product-docs-en/possible-errors/the-archive-is-unavailable-or-the-installation-token-is-not-valid.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
